Beyond the Great Recession: A Regional Summit for our Communities

The South Central Assembly presented a one day Summit on getting back to community excellence. Workshops were presented in the following areas: 

  • Agriculture & Rural Issues
  • Community Health Care
  • Community Planning/Parks & Recreation
  • Economic Development
  • Energy & Environment
  • Housing & Community Development
  • Infrastructure & Transportation
  • Local Government & Municipal Services
  • Saving Cities & Schools

In short, we are working to create new partnerships for recovery.
