Organization Priorities for the South Central Assembly

The South Central Assembly is in the process of reformulating its structure. One key element in this process is development of a more robust and effective structure for Standing and Policy Issue committees. The task of each of these groups is to do the following:

a.       Define purpose, goals, and “mission” for the Committees;

b.       Discuss possible activities that might be carried out (speakers, workshops, etc.);

c.       Explore possible revenues to support activities (as needed);

d.       Enlist non-Board members who might provide valuable service to the committees;

e.       Develop means of assessing effects of the Committees’ work.
