Mission Statement (draft of 1/8/2004)

The mission of the South Central Assembly for Effective Governance’s Land Use and Growth Management Committee is that from a multi-county regional perspective and relative to the formulation and implementation of a multi-county regional comprehensive plan, to deal with all aspects of the use of land and its development including growth management.

The Land Use and Growth Management Committee is chaired by Professor Emeritus Irving Hand and retired York County Planning Director Jack Dunn.
